OPENING MARCH 2025 - Dripping Springs, Texas
Mercury has entered into a partnership with Conflict Kinetics to open the first civilian-accessible Gunfighter Gym.
Who is Conflict Kinetics? Conflict Kinetics (CK) is the industry innovator in human performance optimization – specializing in small arms simulation and featuring in-depth data collection capabilities for the life-of-the-trainee via their Holistic Human Dashboard ©.
What is a Gunfighter Gym? The following video is five years old, but it does a great job of depicting CK's proprietary technology and approach to human performance optimization. (The platform and technology has advanced tremendously since this was made.)

While there is obvious value in offering civilians access to a type of facility that has been used exclusively for over 15 years by the most elite federal military and law enforcement agencies, a Gunfighter Gym is not a virtual reality playground for shooting enthusiasts. This is not Top Golf, but with guns. We re focused on the following aspects of human performance optimization specific to gunfighting:
- Motion Coherence
- Cognitive Coherence
- Adaptability to Stress
- Emotional Modulation
- Memory
Beyond that, CK's facilities have been shown to have dramatic therapeutic effects on veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). Our vision is to be a resource to our community, and as a veteran-owned company, we intend to open our doors to those in need.
The following videos show how Conflict Kinetics' site trainers use the technology to improve how shooters perform. Watch as a retired Navy SEAL is instructed through a few drills.
